1. Information we collect
We collect the minimum amount of data needed to provide Cravim:
- Account info — name, email address, profile photo, and OAuth provider details when you sign in with Google.
- Usage data — which features you use, how often, and basic performance telemetry.
- Content you create — prompts, captions, generated images, generated videos, brand kit, and campaign data.
- Communication — when you email us or use the in-product feedback form.
2. How we use your information
We use your data only to provide and improve Cravim. Specifically:
- To run the AI generation services you request.
- To save and display your content history so you can find your past work.
- To send transactional emails (welcome, team invites, post notifications).
- To process billing if you upgrade to a paid plan.
- To detect abuse, rate-limit our APIs, and keep the platform secure.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your prompts or generated content to train any models.
3. Where your data lives
Your account and content data is stored on Supabase PostgreSQL, hosted in regions appropriate to your account. The application itself runs on Vercel. Generated video files are stored on Vercel Blob for permanent access.
4. Third-party services we use
To deliver the AI features, we send your prompts (and any uploaded reference images) to the following providers under their respective terms:
- Google — Gemini, Imagen 4, and Veo 3.x for image and video generation.
- Anthropic — Claude for captions, scripts, and the agent.
- Black Forest Labs / Stability AI / Ideogram / OpenAI — additional image models accessed via fal.ai.
- Resend — outbound transactional emails.
- Stripe — billing for paid subscriptions.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and generated content until you delete them. You can delete individual items from History, wipe all generated content from Settings → Privacy, or delete your entire account from Settings → Account → Delete account. Account deletion cascades to all related data and is permanent.
6. Your rights
You can:
- Access all your data via Settings → Privacy → Download my data.
- Delete individual content from the History page.
- Delete your entire account at any time.
- Update your profile and brand information at will.
- Opt out of non-transactional emails from Settings.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use only the essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
