Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Cravim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Cravim is an AI marketing platform that helps you generate images, videos, captions, and campaigns through a combination of large language and generative models. Features evolve over time and may be added or removed.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree NOT to use Cravim to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or hateful.
• Generate sexually explicit content involving real people without their consent, or any content involving minors.
• Impersonate any person or brand in a way that is misleading or deceptive.
• Violate intellectual property rights belonging to others.
• Build a competing service by scraping or reverse-engineering us.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the API, or otherwise disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own the content you generate. We don't claim any rights over the images, videos, or captions you create with Cravim. You're free to use them commercially, subject to the underlying model providers' terms (which we've chosen to be commercial-friendly).

AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of content you publish and for how you use it. Cravim is a tool — the editorial judgment is yours.

Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

You can cancel anytime. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partially used months, but you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

Cravim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cravim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of Cravim after changes means you accept the new terms.
